After mulitple set up attempts iam still getting a wifi drop outs after about 30-40 minutes of connection. Using a good modem/router with fibre connection at a distance of approx. 3m. Reset and power cycled a few times and sometimes it will reconnect. Iam about to return the product to the store as i have found no solution to the problem. Very frustrating and dissapointing. This being a last ditch effort for a resoulution. Any ideas appreciated. Anyone experienced a similiar problem?  Thanks.

dlsteven,

What behavior are you seeing that indicates the WiFi connection is dropping? Are you seeing any error messages while streaming? Do you see a change in LED behavior on the camera?

It displays ‘your device is not connected’ error message then will blink an amber light. After a reset it will not even pair up again. After the QR scan in set up nothing happens.

dlsteven,

If you've reset the device, you must also remove the device from Settings > My Devices before attempting to add the camera back to your account.

Have you tried connecting to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? Do you see the same behavior?

What model router/modem do you have?

Hi Dlsteven

Are you using Android or iOS?  The latest version of Android is 2.4.6_18293 which fixed similar issue.
