We had the app working great for over a month with the always listening mode streaming at night and now the past three nights it shuts off sometime in the middle of the night. Not sure why this is happening, it appears both my husband and I are up to date on phone iphone Xr iOS 13.3.1

Hi Chacolex,

 

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your iPhone XR devices to see if that helps? Do you know how long the Always Listening mode goes for till it shuts off or turns off?
