We just set up our new Arlo, and when the doorbell rings, there is a notification in my “library”, but my phone won’t ring (?). Suggestions?

Hi Crrmbrclr,

 

What phone device are you using? Make sure you have the latest Arlo app version and iOS/Android version and that you don't have "Silent Mode" turned on for your Arlo Audio Doorbell. Also make sure that you have the call permission enabled on your phone device. If it's already enabled, turn off the permission and turn it back on to see if that helps.
