Hi, I am trying to a a Alro Chime 2 to my existing base station. All was work fine, however due to a power outage I am trying to re-add my device. However, after I scan the QR code and plug in the Chime 2 to the power outlet and the white light disappears I get the error message “Unable to join network “Arlo_IcSH”. Does anyone have any suggestions of why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

While that may be an issue with the phone, have you tried resetting the chime?
