My Arlo doorbell speaker keeps searching for an Arlo network. The rest of my devices are on my personal network. I get the message “your arlo device appears offline. Please make sure it’s pasted in and connected to the internet.” Everything else is working.

During setup you tell the doorbell that you want to connect to your home network. Did you get that far?
Also, are you sure it's the doorbell that is searching for an Arlo network (and not your phone).

Your Arlo doorbell is having connectivity issues. Ensure it's properly set up and connected to the same network as your other devices. If problems persist, you may need to reset or reconfigure the doorbell or check for any interference or range issues with your network.
