I installed the Arlo Audio Doorbell into existing wiring to use existing chime. It won’t trigger the bell in the house in position 2. In position 1 and 3 it causes a buzz in the existing bell like the doorbell button is being held down and won’t trigger the bell. Doorbell system is 18 VAC & s/b compatible. Tried many of of the suggestions on this forum and none would work. Removed & then would not pair with base, gave up. Appears like a software issue. Has Arlo fixed this issue yet?

Called the support team for recommendations. They were not aware of the problem, and upon further discussion, it appeared to me that they were just a generic call center that was not familiar with Arlo products or reported issues. After several days of frustration trying to get it working, i returned it.
