I Can Hear My Doorbell From iPad But Not My Phones

When I answer doorbell from iPad I can hear perfect. When I answer from Samsung s8 or s9 phones I can't hear anything (although I can hear both iPad and phones on the doorbell). I've tried reinstalling on phone. Please help. Thanks

Check the permissions for the app in the phone settings. Make sure they're all enabled.
