I have created a motion setting for the doorbell. I have set the chime to ring when motion is detected. I want to change the melody setting but it won’t let me.

Can you explain what that means?

You have reached the "Mode" screen that lets you make the change:

"What melody do you want to play?"

and it fails to hold?

Or you don't see the Sound options?

I'm sorry. I'm being thick, but what does "it doesn’t hold" mean?

It doesn’t stay on what I choose. It reverts back to the one I currently have

Hi @Kezza1133,

Are you using the Arlo app on your phone or on the web client on your computer to change the melody setting? If you're using the Arlo app, what phone device are you using?

Try going onto the web client on your computer and change your melody setting there to see if that helps. Have you also tried reinstalling the Arlo app and restart your iPhone?
