Arlo Doorbell and Chime does not work where sound is not coming out
I have Arlo Doorbell and Arlo Chime. Chime would not work. Called Arlo support they say defective. Purchased another chime and still no sound from Arlo chime using Arlo Doorbell. $110 for this and three hours later I am posting here. Hands down the most frustrating equipment I have ever used and I work in IT.
Every combination was used below:
Silent Mode – Grey or Green
Switch in back 1 or 2 or 3
Factory Reset was done each time.
Base station – VMB5000
I have read every post and followed all guidance.
What is the magic trick to make this work?
