Hi I have an arlo audio door bell, ive had it over a year, originally it wouldnt work with my hard wired chime however last week all of a sudden it just started working, however since then the doorbell call my iphone as normal however you cant connect to answer it has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey JRH84,
When you mention that you can't connect to answer, are you able to pick up and accept the call? Do you see any error when trying to answer? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app to see if that helps and/or rebooting your phone device?
