Already reinstalled app and devices ( hub included).
Also gave full permissions to app.

Have you tried to reboot your phone and re-install the Arlo mobile app? Which version of the Arlo app do you have installed? the latest Version is 2.19.

This version was changed again 2 days later on August 27, 2020. 2.19.2-28110.
Arlo still messed up .. constantly negotiating updates at exactly 3 am, 4 am, 5 am each night.
Someone needs to figure out why this is happening and fix it as (auto) notifications are also transmitted at these times and chime settings are triggered.
