reset homekit token required - VMB4000

can you please reset the homekit token for my VMB4000? i removed it from my home since was not seeing the camera offline, but now i am unable to add it back to home. thanks

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

thank you so much, it worked as you mentioned.

 

  1. I removed the power, waited for 20 seconds
  2. reconnect the power
  3. wait for the hub to come online
  4. connect to the wifi with the phone
  5. Launch the app and go to hub, device info it didn't show. I terminated the app and retry, it worked the second time.
