Cameras are working , but why base station offline?

It would seem to be a display issue. Have you checked the status of the LED(s) on your base or hub? Have you rebooted the phone and/or force closed the app and cleared the app cache? WHat is shown when you use the web client on a computer (my.arlo.com)?

The led on base I blue.
have tried to reset the app and arlohub. Very weird.
but the cameras are working..
On my.Arlo I see the cameras online but no base hub 😤

Try rebooting your router and hub, in that order.

Do you see Library to view recordings or Feed? If the latter, the Dashboard won't show your hub but Devices will.
