My VMB4540r2 SmartHub is online and on current firmware, but Arlo Secure > Devices > SmartHub > Device Info > HomeKit remains stuck indefinitely on ‘Discovering your device’. The iPhone and hub are on the same home network, Home Data and Local Network permissions are enabled, and retrying with VPN disabled made no difference. The hub advertises HomeKit with sf=0 although Apple Home has no accessories. Please could an Arlo moderator send a server-side HomeKit token reset to my SmartHub? I will reboot it after confirmation. Please contact me privately if you need the serial number.

Thanks, Shayne. The token reset fixed the original discovery problem: Berthub is now found immediately, and I can select my Apple Home and room. However, setup then consistently fails at ‘Requesting HomeKit info’ with ‘HomeKit setup failed’. Since the reset I have restarted the hub in the Arlo app and physically removed power for 20 seconds. I confirmed that Arlo has Bluetooth, Local Network and Home Information permissions, retried with Tailscale/VPN disconnected, confirmed the Arlo app and iOS are current, and tried both my existing Apple Home and a newly created empty test Home. Every attempt fails at the same stage. The hub continues to advertise HomeKit as available/unpaired (sf=1), so pairing is not completing. The phone is on iOS 26.7 Public Beta, in case that is relevant. Could you please advise the next Arlo-side diagnostic step or escalate this for investigation? I can provide the SmartHub serial number privately if needed.
