noticed several previous reset request, pretty sure what i need

i have 2 base station, newer station 4500 all OK with Apple HomeKit.

but VMB4000r3 not responding , firmware is latest per app, SN

all good now with 2 stations with total 24 cams in Apple HomeKit on iPhone & Apple TV.

@btnorton3 you have a few basestations on your account. Can you dm me which one you are wanting the reset for or do you want them for all of them?

Can i have a reset as well

I have the same issue

VMB4000r3 with two Pro 2 and can’t connect with appl HomeKit. I also have two Pro5s that can’t connect to home kit or the VMB4000r3. Os/ firmware all up to date.

Hi, I’m somehow still unable to add the device to HomeKit.

 

In the app, it states Discovering your device, please wait. I have tried multiple reboots.
