I am unable to connect my VMB4000 to homekit after resetting my home. I have verified the firmware is up to date. I believe I need a token reset based on reading other requests. Can you help please?  @JamesC  @ShayneS

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Thanks James. I’ve followed the instructions but still stuck at the screen “discovering your device”. 

I don’t have the QR code to setup the hub device through the Apple home kit itself. Thanks for suggestions!
