Unable to connect to homekit

Unable to connect to homekit. I had it previously, but it’s not longer connected and I can’t reconnect.

Actually I think I’ve resolved it. Had to do another hard reset and it seems to be working now. Thank you.

What message/error message are you getting when trying to add your Arlo system to Apple HomeKit?

Hi Jessica.
It just keeps searching for/ discovering the device but it never finds it.
I tried resetting the base station, and now the Internet LED is green but the app is saying the base station is offline.
