HomeKit Token Reset

Can I have my two Arlo base stations’ HomeKit tokens reset? I failed to find the VMB4000 in the flow to add it to HomeKit and got an error when adding VMB5000 to HomeKit.

Hi aifreedom,

 

I've sent a token reset request to both your SmartHub and Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your SmartHub and Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the SmartHub and Base Station to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
