Token reset apple homekit

I'm having trouble adding an Pro2 SmartHub  VMB4000r3 to HomeKit. It's stuck at discovering when I try to add to HomeKit. I've made sure it's running the latest firmware. From what I've gathered reading other forum posts the reset token should clear this up. Can you please assist?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
