Token Reset

Can I get a token reset.  Since I have a few days off I’m going to try this again. At this point I can’t use it with HomeKit and if I can’t get it to work this time there is no need for me to continue service because I am just throwing money away.  Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Would it be possible to have my token reset to my hub so I can connect it to HomeKit again?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?
