My Base station also seems to need a token reset to re-connect to Homekit. Can you help?

I have reset your HomeKit tokens, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Unfortunately, after base station rebooted I'm still not able to see my base station during Homekit setup and stuck there.

 

Can you please help me reset again?

Base station Model: VMB4000R3

Serial Number: 4R058373A264B

FW: 1.17.1.2_3987_0e6c162

 

Camera: Arlo Pro (H11) FW: Firmware1.092.1.0_9_120d8b7

I’m able to setup the HomeKit now. Instead of using iphone(15.3.1), I’m able to add the HomeKit using my IPad (15.2).

You can also try removing & reinstalling the Arlo mobile app. Please make sure you are up to date on the latest Arlo app version as well as iOS.
