Having read many post it seems I require a Token to be sent my VMB4000 so it will connect to HomeKit as it once did previously.
How do I get Arlo to send the token. It seems impossible to contact them without a monthly contract.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
Thank you

Shayne,
Thank you very much indeed, I am most grateful.
Is there any way to to do this in future without having to trouble you ? It seems a shame so many people have to ask for the token. At one point I was contemplating buying a newer but second hand base station assuming they had a HomeKit Q code on them.
Thanks again
Andrew
