All of my Arlo cameras have been showing “not responding” in Apple Home app as of 6/25/2023.
I’ve removed my Arlo hub from HomeKit but I’m unable to add it setup Arlo to HomeKit. When I try to run setup, it get stuck on discovering devices.
Can I please get a token reset so that I may be able to re-add my hub/cameras back to Apple

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Thanks for the reset JamesC, but it's not working. The Arlo app just sits on the "Discovering your device. Please wait." screen. I've done this in the past and usually as soon as you send a token reset it just comes to life. Not so much this time.

I have the current firmware listed for my VMB5000r6 Base Station, but I am still unable to connect with HomeKit. How would I go about requesting a reset token for my device?

Hi,
Are we still experiencing this issue after the latest firmware releases?

It is hard to say because this is a brand new automation/integration path for me. Before; I just used SmartThings and the Arlo app as a standalone without automation integrated. I did have the cameras discovered in ST - but not leveraged. So; I can't speak to whether I was able to get it to work with prior releases.

Just to tack onto the previous message - I am using the latest releases on both Homekit and the Arlo Base Station.
