Ultra kit did not come with setup code included. Following the connect without a setup code instructions, the app continues to ask for a setup code. I can't get past this step. Support did not seem to have a solution. @JamesC, will a reset token help here?

Yes, this worked. Thanks @JamesC!
For those in the same situation:
- I had to work through support to get a replacement Base Station
- After receiving the Base Station, I still could not add to HomeKit
- An Arlo rep sent a HomeKit reset token to my BaseStation
- I restarted and adding to HomeKit worked

I'm in the exact same spot with the Ultra hub. Support wasn't able to help me either.

If the app is forcing you to put in a setup code, a reset token may not resolve the issue. I've sent a reset token request to your base station. If you still experience the same issue, I encourage you to continue working with the support team to find a resolution.

Support says that they must replace my base station to solve this issue. Currently waiting on the new base station to give it a try.

Hi @JamesC, received a replacement hub. HomeKit setup is now stalling at the connecting step. Will a reset token help now?

justmoretime,
I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
