SmartHub Base no HomeKit Discovery

I have a VMB4540 SmartHub base with Arlo Pro & Essentials. I am using the latest iOS app, on the iPhone 13 Pro on the latest firmware (16.2)

 

All devices have the latest firmware and I am trying to add the SmartHub to HomeKit. I don't have a code and when I click Setup HomeKit for the Hub, it just shows a spinning circle. 

 

The device is online and all other Arlos are connected to the Hub, and my phone is on the same wifi/network as the hub as well.

What is the serial number associated with the SmartHub?
