I have tried all of the following without success:
1) disabling and re-enabling skill for camera in Alexa
2) Deleting camera altogether from Alexa and re-discovering and then enabling skill in Alexa by connecting accounts
3) uninstalling and reinstalling Arlo app, followed by step 2 above
4) changing wifi network
Note that Arlo camera is working fine in Arlo app and Alexa app is able to discover and connect to it but does not do live stream is still saying not supported

Model:
Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell, AVD1001B
Firmware:
1.14.0.0_1117_c9951d1_b4efa46
I'm also having the same issue as the other poster. When I try to live stream Arlo camera on my echo show 10 device, I get Arlo camera is not supported. The camera works fine in the Arlo app but is not communicating correctly with Alexa app.

What is frustrating about this is that this is the main reason I got the echo show device was primarily to use it as a display for the front door camera. Kind of defeats the point. It was nice while it worked! Help us out Arlo

Fustrated and disappointed with Arlo!! Not syncing with Alexa and live feeds getting slower to connect.

It’s been since June 23rd, it is now almost September. Does Arlo have a fix for the issue or am I scrapping the system and moving on?

ShayneS,
That is the exact same answer you gave on June 23rd. This thread has been active since October of 2021, almost a year.
Either say you don’t know and don’t have a fix, or give us an answer.
There are other systems on the market compatible with Alexa, I don’t have a problem canceling my cloud service and moving on.

A year and a half and still no solution.
I guess it's time to move on to another brand.
Poor support with the same answer but nothing that is helpful in some way.

Pretty sad, I’ve even called out ShayneS on this and still crickets. Let’s see what Amazon has the works properly with Alexa & Firestick!
