Hi, I am trying to add my Arlo Ultra 2 to Homekit. It says "Unable to Add Accessory". I have read that I need a token reset. Can I get one?

Trying to connect my SmartHub (4540r3, firmware 1.26.0.0_1812_12a0681) to HomeKit. I keeps asking for a HomeKit code. There is not one on the hub or the package.
