Once I have my Arlo camera connected to my network with a valid IP address can I use VLC Media play or another 3rd party streaming box to view the video stream. It would also be connected to the online app. This question pertains to any Arlo camera.

Not VLC.

You can do this via Google Home, Apple Homekit or Alexa (using displays that are also in those ecosystems).

I actually have a Camect Hub for AI analytics that would use the camera's RTSP stream. Are you telling me access to the RTSP streams are limit to only Google Home, Apple Homekit or Alexa (using displays that are also in those ecosystems)?
