Hi, I’m trying to link my new wireless doorbell to Alexa. But when I try to enable the skill, I have to log in, and the page complains that it doesn’t recognize the device, and says it has sent a push notification to an iPhone I haven’t had for years. How do I get it to realize that I have a new one now? Notifications for motion detection come through just fine.

Can you log in to your Arlo app and navigate to Settings > Profile > Two-Step Verification and add your new device. If it's already added can you try changing to the email method then authenticate again with Alexa.
