I removed my Arlo from HomeKit because it was perpetually unresponsive.  Now I'm trying to set it up again.  I'm not making it past "Discovering your device.  Please Wait."  No device is found.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
