Seems like not being able to connect is common. I’m ready to return the new hub and ultra 2 cameras that I got. It’s the 5000 so it should be fine. Everything’s up to date.
I enter the HomeKit code and it spins… and spins…. And spins. Help!
I see a token reset mentioned on other threads. Do I need that? (I tried with @Arlo support last night. Number 5 in line and was waiting for over and hour. Only got up to number 3 before giving up.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
