I am having problems getting IFTTT to see my Arlo hub on my wifes phone.   I am receiving an Options Unavailable selection when trying to configure an IFTTT applet on her phone.  I am trying to get the IFTTT applet to turn on and off the geofencing however, I can't save the applet because I am receiving the Options Unavailable selection in the device field.  I am the primary account holder and I can configure my IFTTT applets and they work on my phone and on the web.  I granted her access to Arlo.   I tried logging off and on both phones and on the web and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

 

My phone is an Android

I am using version 2.21.2_28220

Model: VMB4500 | Arlo Pro/Pro2 Base Station

IFTTT is currently not available for grant access users (only for the main account holder).
