No video Samsung Tv Alexa

I have a 2021 Samsung tv with Alexa built in. I have 720 Arlo Pro Cameras. When I ask Alexa to show me the camera it immediately pops up on my tv. The video last about 2 seconds and then my Samsung tv screen turns to black (no picture) I however still have sound. Any idea how to fix? Thanks
