Need a new Homekit Token Reset for my device. Happy to provide a Serial Number through PM

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

So i was trying to follow the options to use homekit without a code and it still keeps defaulting to needing to scan something to config homekit. Is there something that i'm just missing/?
