I have 5 VMB4000r3 base stations installed and need the HomeKit tokens reset of all five of them, please.

I had to wipe and recreate my HomeKit Home due to other problems and now I can't add the Arlo cameras to HomeKit.

** Please make sure this happens for ALL FIVE base stations!  **

Thanks!

ScotBW,

I sent a token refresh to base ending in 8B0E. Test again and let me know if you're still experiencing the same behavior.

ScotBW,

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

It looks like 4 of the bases worked, one did not.  I have power-cycled the unit several times, and it doesn't show as available to add to HomeKit like the others did.  I successfully added four of my Arlo bases, one needs the token reset.

The one needing the token reset ends is 8B0E

That did it, got that base re-added to HomeKit!  Thaks!  This ticket can be closed.
