Homekit connection, stuck at scanning barcode

I cannot connect my cameras (Ultra2) and/or the base station to HomeKit. I have tried numerous times and even reset everything but every time I get stuck right after scanning the barcode. 

I see other posts where a token has been sent. How do I get that?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
