I missed a payment due to changing banks. Arlo has my new info and confirmed a payment July 9th. However I'm still not getting any alerts or recordings in my library?

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling your app. I do see a subscription on both the cameras you have so they should be alerts and recordings. Under feed is there any recording there? Also, under routines do you have the cameras set up to record as well as send notifications?
