Apple HomeKit stuck at "Discovering your device. Please wait"

Can I get a token reset request? I purchased an open box VMB4540 and it's stuck at "Discovering your device. Please wait."

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

I’m having the same problem. Can you send me a token as well? (Not sure what a token is or what that means)

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, still stuck at Step 5 of the article you sent (I disconnected power and plugged it back in after 15 seconds). In the Arlo app, I can't get past the "Discovering your device." screen. I don't see a QR code on the base station so I'd assume this is the only way to add it to Apple's Home app. Might the token reset request not go through? Perhaps I have multiple accounts or devices? I'm at a loss because the first time I did this with my old base station was easy peasy, now it's just stuck. Thanks!
