I need a notification when my cameras are disarmed.

Ex- husband is a creeper with key logging software on my Iphone and PC. He can see my passwords when I log in to my Arlo account. Therefore, he can access my account, deactivate my cameras, and walk in undetected. I would really appreciate an IFTTT workaround so that if my cameras are disarmed I recieve a text/phone call. Any suggestions or solutions? 

Thanks in advance for anything you can offer.

Yes , you should be able to do that via IFTTT,  But sorry I don't use it so can't help. Someone will chime in.

 

Maybe it would be more advisable to change phones and then change your password...
