I had to delete my home and start over again 

unfortunately I can’t add my base station to HomeKit and it’s not recognizing last time it was fixed with a HomeKit token reset 

I need a new reset please 

Arlo Pro 2 Pro Base Station Three-LED VMB4000

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Thank you for your help 

 

I was able to add the basestation and all the Cameras but in HomeKit (Home app) it all have No streaming and says cameras are Off. this is the 1st time i encounter this issue. Do you have any recommendations?

I had to delete my base station since all the streaming is not working and showing as cameras are off 

 

can you reset my token one more time 

 

I do appreciate all the help and I wish there is a way to do my self instead of bothering you every time

I try to add the base station again now and it showed up in my home and seems all cameras are working and steaming to home app OK now

I had it previously connected but it suddenly stopped working. The cameras weren’t responsive in HomeKit but were in the Arlo app. So I deleted the Cameras from HomeKit, hoping to resolve the issue. But when attempting to add the cameras again. It says it needs to be reset. Can someone help with a token reset?
