HomeKit still not Working

Hi 

I am still having trouble getting Arlo on HomeKit.

Got.a reset token in January (2022-01-10), but didn't work even though I followed all the instructions.

Trying again now, still no luck and just gets stuck on "Discovering your device." screen when adding to HomeKit

 

Any way forward?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Still not working.

Have rebooted (removed and reapplied power) and followed the instructions.

I think this would be the third attempt with a reset token.

You may need to attempt a few times before the token reset finishes. Please let me know if you still experience an issue.

You may need to factory reset your base station and set up again as new. After it's been set up again, you will likely need another token refresh.
