Hi

 

My apple HomeKit integration with Arlo has stopped working since ios15.

 

The Arlo app says I can set up HomeKit on the base station but cannot find any devices when searching. 

The apple Home app says none of the cameras are responding.

 

This seems to be a common problem requiring a token reset.

 

@JessicaP could you please advise how to make this happen.

Hi Ordinary1 and Jherod,

 

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Trying to make the Arlo cameras available to HomeKit but stuck on the “Discovering your device” screen. Devices are never found.
