Like others I'm unable to link my Arlo Base Station with HomeKIt. From what I've found it seems resetting a "token" from Arlo's end is the solution. How do I get them to do that? Their support options are abysmal, I keep going round and round looking for a way to contact them directly and can't.

Posting here works, especially if you tag the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS .

 

They might not respond until Monday though - coverage here is lighter on weekends.

 

If you have a subscription, you can also reach support using the support center in the app (NOT my.arlo.com).

@IMEko I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

I just reset the token, go ahead and reboot your base and try again.
