It seems I cannot connect my VMB5000r6 to the Apple homekit. Possibly it needs a token reset?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Hi, 

 

small update - token reset worked. 
yesterday I was able to connect my Arlo Smart Hub as well as my Arlo Ultra2 camera’s to my Apple HomeKit.

Hi, 

 

Can you reset my HomeKit token as well?

I hade the system connected earlier but I suddenly lost connection with Arlo base station.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
