Hello again,

 

after the HomeKit reset I was able to find the device in the arlo app / HomeKit. But when I scanned the code I got a message “accessory not found” and now the device is not found in the arlo app HomeKit section. 

I need your input on this please.

Have you tried connecting to HomeKit with the steps provided in this article here?

Hello,

 

yes I have tried that yes. 

I get a message “accessory not found” but when you reset the key I was able to start the process through the arlo secure app — HomeKit but again “accessory not found” as a result and I can not make that procedure again because the device is not found in the arlo app. 

Can you make the reset key again please and let me know if there are any other ways ?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
