I am being overcharged

This is getting absolutely ridiculous now for the past four months every month my subscription for CVR does not renew, forcing me to go onto the website and do it again why is it not automatically renewing to begin with so  I have three cameras on my account with CVR. It comes out to $32 for the three cameras for the month. Also have to pay to get motion which I was charged $21 for however my bank account when I checked has $108 charge from Arlo. What is this charge for? I’ve been given the runaround they cannot answer why I’m being overcharged so what’s gonna happen is now I’m going elsewhere to buy cameras. I am done with Arlo after this month is up

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger."
