I was able to connect my Arlo pro cameras with my account in Google home. They are shown properly in the room I selected but when I click tap or ask to show the camera it fails with the error cannot connect to the camera. Needless to say the cameras are working fine the Arlo app can show the streaming at any time As well as home kit from Apple. Any ideas what might cause this ?

Hi Cheala,
Try to toggle your WiFi off and on and/or Airplane Mode to see if that helps. You can also try rebooting your iPhone to see if that helps.
Otherwise, you may need to remove Arlo from your Google Assistant and re-add it back on.
If that still doesn't work, contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

No. Sadly situation is the same.
Web page ok, Arlo app ok, Apple HomeKit ok
Sadly Google still fails with the same behavior

Hi:
Any news about this?
I've seen other discussions about the same. Please Arlo support, treat this as a possible problem on your side. everything has been tested on the client side.
Hope a real answer and not a basic out of the book answer.
