I removed a broken camera from my base station but it still appears in HomeKit. I’ve deleted both apps on my phone (Arlo and HomeKit), I resynced my base station with HomeKit. When I go through the process, HomeKit finds 5 cameras when only 4 are connected to the base station. I clicked “identify camera” thinking it would realize it’s nit there but it doesn’t. After adding the camera, it just has “no response” because there is no camera there. I’ve double checked in the app and on my dashboard online and there is no 5th camera attached to that base station but when syncing with HomeKit it adds the camera. Any ideas?

I've not heard other reports of this issue. Is the deleted camera causing any issues within HomeKit (aside from simply showing up and not actually being present within your Arlo system)?

Could you provide a screenshot of the the deleted camera being discovered as well as it's serial number?
