I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

So I need to do a reset of the base station means I have to reconnect all camera one by one to the base station?

Yes, that would be the way. Before we try that, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Once it is restarted then try to set up the HomeKit again. If that does not work let me know and I will reset the token, but it would need to be reset.

On going, you suggest to add the camera before or after the configuration in HomeKit?

The error screen you are showing is not from the Arlo app. This needs to be set up through the Arlo app. I am going to reset the token again and then please follow the steps within the link.
How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?
Also, please make sure the android device is on the newest software version.

@BrookeN When I do the config on the app, is showing the picture of an old base station to locate the QR code don’t know if this is correct, in past I got also this base station configured on the app and linked to HomeKit.
Seems I changed the base station with the new one, more than one year ago, I’m not able to link with HomeKit
hope this can help
man thanks
