Hi,
I get the following error when trying to link Google home with Arlo account in Google home application juste after clicking on "Accept and Link" button :
"Could not reach Arlo. Please try again later"
I have tried to uninstall/reinstall both Google home and Arlo application without any success.
I also tried to join Arlo support but no one answer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I managed to link Arlo with google home with the help of Arlo's support.
The problem in my case was caused by a missconfiguration of my profile
In fact, the camera was initialized and configured first with my wife's smartphone (she created an Arlo's account and added the camera into it). Then, she invited me with the "invite feature" of Arlo's application to see and manage the camera. That caused google home application to not see the camera on my profile.
To solved this, I had to :
- Delete the camera in my wife's Arlo application (it deletes the camera automatically on my Arlo's account too)
- Reinitialized the camera by pressing the reset button
- Associate the camera with my Arlo's application
- And then linking Arlos wtith Google home application

Hi,
Additional informations :
- I'm using Google Pixel 6A with Android 13 but linking was not working with my old Samsung smartphone
- There is a second error message which disapear quickly. It's in French but it means : "Empty account could not be linked with google home app". I have double checked my Arlo profile and it's nothing is empty...
Any help?

Can you try these steps and see if it resolves the issue?
- In the Arlo App, go to Settings > Privacy Center > Partners > Connected Accounts > Remove Google.
- Go to Settings > Profile > Logout.
- Try to link Arlo again in your Google Home App.
